Timely Topics:  Day Hill Road’s Great Pond Redevelopment

Hear more about the planned new residential and mixed use development project on Day Hill Road from developer David Winstanley who will discuss his vision, planning precedents for the new community, and design sources.  Town Manager Peter Souza will then talk about how Great Pond will interface with other planning and development initiatives in Windsor. Keith Knauerhase and Donell Jackson from ABB will also participate.
