Celebrate Family History Month with a special talk at the Windsor Historical Society on the Phelps Family DNA Project from 10 AM to 12 PM.  Blaine Bettinger, The Genetic Genealogist, will give an introduction to the field of genetic genealogy with real-life examples of using genetic genealogy to answer family history questions.  Larry Phelps of Windsor will share his family’s experience and his own results.  $6 adults, $5 seniors and students, $4 members.
