Arthur Brooks, the developer, was son of a Windsor builder and one of first in Windsor to buy large parcels of land for subdivisions, building homes featuring electric kitchens and water heaters in the 1920s and 1930s. His aim was to build quality homes with a “homey” feel for middle class buyers. Jester Bob Schmidt will play Arthur Brooks.
