research queries. Please be aware that it may take
several weeks to receive a response.

"Tell me what you have about the Phelps family" is too
broad a question. "What information do you have about
Stoughton family members living in Windsor in the
1600s?" or "Where was Ebenezer Hayden (d. 1808) buried?"
are better questions. Include information such as dates
of birth, death, or marriage, places lived, name of
spouse, etc. in your query.
bill you after completing the research or meeting your
maximum fee, whichever comes first. However, payment
must be received before we will send out research
