Free public opening at Windsor Historical Society for Windsor Artists Then and Now exhibition.  Windsor Palette and Brush Club display of artwork in WHS Meeting Room for month of September; Windsor artists demonstrate plein-air painting in heart of Windsor’s historic district.  Crayons, color pencils, paper and clipboards for artists of all ages to create their own art in the district.  Cost:  Free.
